Helping Hands is a specialist homelessness service that supports people over the age of 16 in Northern NSW who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander and are homeless, at risk of homelessness, experiencing housing insecurity or need to move out of their home and have nowhere else to live. We provide up to 12 months of case management and support for affected people and their families to find stable housing they can afford.
