Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the International Student Health Hub, whatever their ability, device or language.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, in line with NSW Government requirements. We test this website with automated tools, keyboard-only navigation and a range of phones, tablets and computers.
Features that help
- A Quick Exit button at the top of every page that leaves this website immediately.
- A “Skip to main content” link for keyboard and screen reader users.
- Pages that work with screen readers, keyboard navigation and browser zoom up to 400%.
- An accessibility tool (the blue icon at the bottom right of each page), where you can change text size, contrast, spacing and more.
- Plain language, written for international students.
Translating and interpreting
If you need an interpreter, call the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National) on 131 450. It is free for many health services.
If you are deaf, or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service.
Known limitations
Some older pages, and some documents from other organisations, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We are working to fix these.
Need help or found a problem?
If you cannot access something on this website, or need information in a different format, please tell us. Let us know the page and what you were trying to do, and we will help where we can.
