Consent is an important part of sexual activity. It helps make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe and respected.

Consent is about respecting another person’s choices, understanding personal boundaries, and communiating openly.

Consent is also a legal requirement. It illegal to have sex with someone, who has not given their consent.

Healthy relationships are built on respect, communication and consent.
